Vocational Training in Integrated Dance

This training is for people with physical disabilities who would like to train as professional dance teachers and performers, and for professional ablebodied dancers, who would like to train in Integrated Dance. Participants will be taught integrated dance technique, performance skills, and choreography; and will also be taught how to teach Integrated Dance classes.

 

Introductory Integrated Dance Workshops

These Introductory Workshops are open to anyone, with or without a disability, who would like experience Integrated Dance for the first time. No previous dance experience is needed.

Integrated Dance is an empowering experience which provides a safe environment to build up trust and confidence; increase physicality and range of motion; provide an outlet for physical expression and creativity; and celebrate the diversity of the human body, and the uniqueness of each person’s way of moving.
